Girl's marriage age should be 21 years, 16 years or 18 years??
Laws are restrictions for some time then they become beliefs. -APSirvaiya
You have to be fair before knowing the answer to this question.
The latest National Family Health Survey (NFHS 5 2019–21) has brought out the dismal fact that Even 40 years after marriage age was raised from 16 to 18. We still have an alarming rate of child marriages at 23%. In Year 1978 popularly known as the Sharda Act passed by government, extend the age of marriage for Girl's 18 year and for boy's 21 year.
Please do not compare the age of marriage with age of vote or work because they are extremely separate from each other.
See The problem is not about the age of marriage of girl's it's all about the equality of girl's and boy's. Some people said that a person can elect a MLA, PM why not life partner at the age of 18. We have to ask them Is there only girl's who electing MLA, PM at age of 18?? Why boy's marriage age is 21 while they are electing MLA, PM at same age of 18. The sex discrimination is in our society mind.
I don't know what is right, what is wrong but please answer my question How many 12th pass out student is matured enough to make there decision to choose a right person for become there life partner??
Why your sister, your mother should not house wife? They are getting married at 18 year age which is approx 12th pass out, how many jobs are available in present time for 12 pass out girl's students except to have children.
Yes surely we get emotional in name of sister or mother, but we don't want this feeling for our wife's, sister in law, daughter in law. Because equality is not in our blood
Why should not girl's marriage decrease to 16 year in present time? I think you got it why it sound like rubbish because at that time we are accepting, this is small age for getting married because previous time people just think that this is just for benifit of girl's health only to have children but now the time changed. Girls need equality not for health purposes only but also for opportunities, there dreams, there study, for maturity and mostly to have children at right age . And I think this is her basic rights.
No matter how good you are, when society is born with wrong thinking, then your honesty is also useless.
